On hjarta declension

Hello!

I am ja:user:Penpen, en:user:Penpen and user:Penpen.

I am translating some article of fundamental nouns from en.wiktionary and is.wiktionary to ja.wiktionary.

I have found the declension tables of "hjarta" differ in en.wiktionary( en:hjarta) and is.wiktionary( is:hjarta).

Since I do not understand Icelandic and I am only translating mechanically using a template, I can't translate the table.

It seems to me that "hjarta" may have a very special declension.

So please explain on the special declension or send message to me.

I write this message because you are the arthor of the declension table of en.wiktionary.

I can't recongnize who is the author of the is.wiktionary table.
